After beavering away for the last two years to contain and enhance the existing wetlands, while making riparian areas more ecologically sustainable, we are close to releasing our first phase of residential lots in Linley Point.

There are 39 single family lots, 3 duplex lots and 4 multi-family lots, for a total of 75 new homes in this first phase.  Continued good weather this fall will mean we can complete paving this year and will then be in a position to release information on lot pricing and lot availability in early 2012.

Architectural Guidelines will ensure that exterior design and finishes of all homes are built using a heritage Craftsman theme.
